If your child was under age 13 and downloaded or used a Google Play app during the eligible time period, follow the Class Action Settlement claim instructions to see if you qualify. Eligible parents or guardians who submit a valid claim may receive a cash payment from the settlement fund.
Claims must be submitted by September 14, 2026. Payment amounts will depend on the total number of valid claims and other settlement factors.
If you do not qualify for this settlement, do NOT file a claim. Remember, you are submitting your claim under penalty of perjury. Filing a fraudulent claim may reduce payments for eligible Class Members.
