If you do not qualify for this settlement, do NOT file a claim. Remember, you are submitting your claim under penalty of perjury. Filing a fraudulent claim may reduce payments for eligible Class Members.
The lawsuit alleges that Google collected, used, or disclosed personal information from children under age 13 through Google Play apps without complying with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). Google denies any wrongdoing but agreed to the settlement to resolve the claims.
You May Qualify If:
Your child was under age 13.
Your child downloaded or used a Google Play app between April 1, 2015 and the present.
You are the child's parent or legal guardian and are submitting the claim on their behalf.

If you used the Flo Period & Ovulation Tracker App between November 1, 2016 and February 28, 2019, you may qualify for a payment from a $59.5 million class action settlement. Claims are due by October 15, 2026.
