Class Action Settlement for Flo App Users

If you used the Flo Period & Ovulation Tracker App during the eligible time period, follow the Class Action Settlement claim instructions to see if you qualify. Eligible users who submit a valid claim may receive a cash payment from the settlement fund.

Claims must be submitted online or postmarked by October 15, 2026. California residents who qualify may be eligible for a larger proportional payment under the settlement.

If you do not qualify for this settlement, do NOT file a claim. Remember, you are submitting your claim under penalty of perjury. Filing a fraudulent claim may reduce payments for eligible Class Members.

The lawsuit alleges that Flo shared certain users' personal information with third parties without proper consent. Flo denies any wrongdoing but agreed to the settlement to resolve the claims.

You May Qualify If:

• You were a U.S. resident.
• You used the Flo Period & Ovulation Tracker App between November 1, 2016 and February 28, 2019.
• You entered menstruation and/or pregnancy information into the app during that time.

Eligible Class Members who submit a valid claim may receive a cash payment. The amount each person receives will depend on the total number of valid claims and other settlement factors.

How to File a Claim

1. Visit the Class Action Settlement claim form to begin your claim.
2. Complete the required claimant information.
3. Certify that you used the Flo Period & Ovulation Tracker App and entered menstruation and/or pregnancy information between November 1, 2016 and February 28, 2019.
4. Submit your completed claim online by October 15, 2026, or mail a completed claim postmarked by October 15, 2026.
