This settlement resolves claims that certain Tom’s of Maine toothpaste products were marketed as “natural” despite alleged manufacturing issues. The company denies wrongdoing but agreed to settle.
Who Qualifies: U.S. residents who purchased Tom’s of Maine toothpaste products for personal use between November 21, 2020 and March 6, 2026.
Payout Details:
Without proof of purchase: Receive the average retail price for 1 product per household.
With proof of purchase: Receive a full refund for up to 3 products.
All claims must be submitted online or by mail by July 6, 2026 to receive payment.
interesting. from what i can tell you can earn $6 (price of the toothpaste) w/o proof and a full refund of anything you bought up to 3 toothpastes if you have proof.

Claims WITHOUT PROOF OF PURCHASE
Each Class Member who submits an Approved Claim that is not accompanied by Proof of Purchase may receive the total of the average manufacturer’s suggested retail price for up to one (1) Class Product (any Tom’s of Maine toothpaste product) claimed per household.
Claims WITH PROOF OF PURCHASE
Each Class Member who submits an Approved Claim that is accompanied by Proof of Purchase of a Class Product may be entitled to receive a full refund of the amount of money he or she spent on the Class Product (any Tom’s of Maine toothpaste product) that is documented by Proof of Purchase, capped at three (3) Class Products (any Tom's of Maine toothpaste product) claimed per household.
If you purchased a product that has a Class Action Settlement, you may be eligible to receive a cash payment if you file a claim and provide proof of purchase (if necessary). Check our list to see what you may qualify for.
Eligible individuals who received a notice about the Krispy Kreme data breach may qualify for up to $3,500 in compensation or a cash payment with no proof required. Claims must be submitted by June 22.
