Instructions
- Visit the request page through Folia Health and pick your sticker book option.
- Fill out the form with your name and email.
- Watch for an email within the next day or so titled "We're ready to mail your Sticker Story Lab book".
- Reply to that email with your full mailing address so they can ship your sticker book and supplies to you.
- Watch for the kit to arrive by mail. It includes 30 days of tracking stickers plus extra fun stickers.
- Use the book daily with your child to mark feelings and symptoms.
- Check the site for tips and community resources if needed.
