Every deal, freebie, or contest you see on VonBeau is created, fulfilled, and managed by the company behind it. If a brand decides to offer a free sample, a discount, or a giveaway, they set the rules, choose who qualifies, and decide when (or if) anything gets sent.

For example, if a cereal brand is giving away free boxes to the first 5,000 sign-ups, that decision and the shipping is out of our control. VonBeau never touches your order, your address, or your mailbox.

That also means VonBeau can’t speed things up, approve entries, resend items, or explain why an offer ran out. If a freebie disappears, a coupon expires, or a giveaway closes early, that’s the offering company pulling the lever not us hiding the switch.
