Shipping is free but the balm is NOT. I made an account and tried it through the site and also tried it through the email they sent me. Never saw any code. They just wanted me to pay for the balm. NOT FREE.

The shipping for the Dirt lip balm sample is NOT FREE.

They tried to charge me over $8 for shipping.

I took a screenshot of the info you posted claiming the shipping is free and sent it to the company.
