Parents can snag a free sticker book for kids to make daily check-ins fun. Head to Folia Health’s Great Indoors Club page to choose a theme and request your kit. Your child can track how they feel each day using the included stickers.

After you sign up, you will need to reply to the email they send with your mailing address so they know where to ship your freebies to.

Instructions

  1. Visit the request page through Folia Health and pick your sticker book option.
  2. Fill out the form with your name and email.
  3. Watch for an email within the next day or so titled "We're ready to mail your Sticker Story Lab book".
  4. Reply to that email with your full mailing address so they can ship your sticker book and supplies to you.
  5. Watch for the kit to arrive by mail. It includes 30 days of tracking stickers plus extra fun stickers.
  6. Use the book daily with your child to mark feelings and symptoms.
  7. Check the site for tips and community resources if needed.
