About Happy Jack Spice
Happy Jack Spice was created from the joy of creating meals together and the hunt for flavor by Avie Rosacci and her late husband Rob Oleson (aka “Ole” to his friends). Rob had a passion for flavor—deep flavor—as he shined with blending and creating seasonings. He was a patient chef and it showed in his signature meals like “Ole’s Pitmaster Brisket” and his famous Green Chili. Avie describes her late husband as a cross between Emeril Lagasse and Bobby Flay. Everything he made was with a seasoning he crafted over time, constantly tweaking until it was just right. He just had a knack, as this was not his full-time career, but it truly was his passion.
