The Mom Squad Community has a new "MomSquad and National WIC Association" mission available to select members that includes a FREE Reusable Shopping Bag and Smiley Sharing Guide. Click this link then log in or register if you're not already a member. Click on your Dashboard and if your account is eligible, the Mission should be listed there. You can try going to this link and see if it comes up. You will need to answer questions and if you're eligible, you'll be able to accept the mission and provide a mailing address in order to receive the free bag. If you don't see this mission listed, try logging out of your account then back in. If it's still not showing then that means it's not available to you.
