Participants will replace their usual caffeine routine with canned yerba mate beverages for a 5 day period, then switch back to their normal beverages for another 5 days. During this time, you’ll complete short daily surveys on energy, alertness, and mood, check in virtually with the research team, and use your wearable device to track sleep quality, steps, and heart rate variability.
Qualifying individuals will be shipped the beverages at no cost and will receive a $75 Amazon gift card once all study components are completed. Full eligibility details and study expectations are provided directly by Alethios during signup.
