(1) Grand Prize:

The Grand Prize consists of a trip to Las Vegas for the winner to receive a tattoo by DJ Tambe. The trip includes the following:

• One (1) economy class round-trip airfare from the Grand Prize winner’s home airport to Las Vegas, NV (Transportation to/from winner’s home airport and any baggage fees are all winner’s responsibility) at a date determined by the Sponsor.
• Single room, double occupancy accommodation for three (3) nights, at a three-star hotel or better in Las Vegas. NV.
• A $3,400 Visa gift card to be used for a tattoo
• A $500 Visa gift card to cover additional expenses
• Approximate Retail Value of the Grand Prize: $5,000.

(2) First Prize:

Each First Prize consists of a $1,000 Visa gift card to be used for a tattoo.
