Nutella has teamed up with Send Me A Sample to offer a FREE Nutella Hazelnut Spread Sample for a limited time only! Send Me A Sample is a voice-based sampling program based on the Amazon and Google Assistant and in order to request samples, you will need an Android phone with Assistant enabled or an Amazon Alexa enabled device. Follow the step-by-step instructions listed below to claim your free sample, while supplies last!

  1. First, click here and create your Send Me A Sample account then confirm your email address. Note: Your birthday will go in as Day/Month/Year format.
  2. Next, install the Amazon app (if you don't have it already) then go to this Alexa skill here and click "Enable Skill" to link your Send Me A Sample account with your Amazon account OR install the Google Assistant app then go to this Google Assistant skill here and "Link" to your Send Me A Sample account with your Google account.
  3. Access Alexa or Google Assistant and say "Send Me A Sample".
  4. When asked what sample you want, say "Nutella" then finish your request.
  5. View your Order History to verify your request was received.

I keep getting stuck on Step 3. Entering my address to set up an account. Just keeps "loading" but won't move forward to last step. I've tried over 5 times now! Getting frustrated, so I will try it again later.
