Hey Mari, You don't have to download an app, just allow the app on facebook. I just checked the offer and was still available to order a free postcard.

It didn't work for me i downloaded the app and once i was done writing my message on my picture post-gram it asked me to pay the amount on my card... I thought it was free really disappointed :(
