It is impossible to use this coupon for a bar seeing as the bar is not more than $1.80 I think vonbeau is slipping!!

Hi Luly, That's not true. Have you tried to use the coupon at Walmart? Per the Walmart Coupon Policy, the coupon value will be applied to the price of an item allowing any overage to be applied to the transaction total. In select instances, Walmart may give cash after overages are applied to the transaction total (remaining basket). If your store is not following this policy, we would suggest pointing out the coupon policy to the manager or call corporate as they should be giving overage. Hope this helps!
