If you qualify, you'll be asked to provide your home address and electronically sign a consent statement then you should receive the product within the next month or so. Here is what is written on the update email that was sent out:
If you're a female between the ages of 25-65 and you use laundry detergent pods or pacs, you may qualify to receive a free laundry detergent product free of charge to test out. In addition to the free product, you'll also be compensated with $20 for completing the follow-up survey.

You have to be up to age 55 and not 65 as stated when the update list came out
