@BrianE, I think we could all, yourself included, stand a little more education on all subjects including WW2 but that is not the issue at hand. I feel strong that a war 65+ years ago has little bearing on our current situation. However, I understand your point.

Having read a few of your recent comments on other subjects, you seem to have an unmitigated need for negativisms; not to impune your input.

A positive: we can at minimum agree unthrottled migration is not going to help anyone - including legal and illegal migrants. Where do we go from here?

@Dan Tompson, What I was saying is, people use World War II as an example of how America is for Immigrants because of all the Europeans who flooded America during and after the war (You know what WWII was right?) But what they don't realize is that it was a 1 time Deal and we shared a commonality with those Immigrants being descended from Europeans ourselve. My point is and I see that you agree with me is the act of letting any and all "Immigrants" into the country is no sustainable and we, as Americans have nothing in common with these immigrants unlike the immigrants from WWII (language/values/etc/etc/etc) also America is so full of people and our Environment so in Danger (which liberals forgot about, didn't they used to be all about the Environment?) we should be CLOSING our borders nevermind opening them up.

@BrainE, I’m not sure what relevance the “World War II” immigrants are in the conversation about immigrants today. Everyone alive understands that this sticker is simply trying to shame people into believing we are bad for not allowing anyone and everyone to come take what they want from us. What happens when 1,000,000,000 arrive from India or China or even just 300,000,000 from south America - or all of the above?

@Christina, I have no idea what you were trying to say. Maybe re-read and try again.? But I will try to understand.. Are you trying to compare America’s immigration issues with people from America legally retiring in, vacationing in or otherwise patronizing countries around the world.? Are you them making the same comparison of American businesses legally building locations in other countries.? And then again comparing our illegal immigration issues with kids from America receiving offers to study in countries around the world.? If so, I can not understand how you can even try to arrive at that notion.

Like many countries around the world, America is being destroyed by it's politicians.

Politicians have three needs and they will ALWAYS take care of those needs in a certain order. Need #1, get elected. Need #2, get re-elected. Need #3, represent the people that elected them. #3 is rarely visited because they are always focused on #1 or #2..

The American people have and will always be fooled into thinking our government cares about us.

Having said that - what do we do to solve this?

It’s oka6 if you feel like you retiring in another country though, right? Or when your son o4 daughter takes that fantastic offer in The Emirates. Hmmm. Ho2 about looking at Mexico...do you think Toyotas are all made in Japan, Mcdonalsm Burger Kng, WalMart, they are all there. Immigrated? 😂

Heck no! Mass immigration was a 1 time deal from Europe during World War II. It's by no means an American Standard to let any and all Immigrants into the country.
