When I click on the URL it just redirects my to the home page, even when I'm logged in. Can anyone help me on this? Or is it just a scam?

Hi Ash, I just verified that the link is still working. This is a valid PayPal offer but as mentioned above, it is possible that is may be for select members. We would still recommend filling out the form just in case they will be honoring all submissions (wouldn't want anyone to miss out a FREE $25!).
