Not working for me. Error upon submitting form.

I've tried a few times as well and keep getting an error while submitting. Doesn't go through.

No link to give info, no area to click to access, Are they out of product to give away or is their site shut off because no more giveaway? I have gotten out and tried 5 times now and there is no access to retrieve Nuun Hydration.
