After you submit the form, a pop up should appear at the top of the page that says "Thank you for submitting your profile. Please note that we are currently NOT shipping internationally." then the page will refresh to the blank form.

Just wondering from everyone else....I filled the form out but did anyone get a successful confirmation page after submitting? After I press submit all it does is refresh the page and clear the form and that's it. Just wanted to make sure I'm not the only one.
