These have been circulating for a few years. You never get the samples or a confirmation email. 99 percent of samples shown anywhere online will give you a confirmation email if legit. Over hundreds of samples the last three years only one sample didn't get a confirmation e mail but they also specified on the form that you wouldn't get a confirmation email and when exactly you would receive the sample.
