No proof of purchase is required. Class members who made a purchase at each store will receive two $15 vouchers (one for Bath & Body Works and one for Victoria’s Secret). The lawsuit alleges that Defendants printed more than the last five digits of credit card and debit card numbers on receipts provided to cardholders at the point of sale in their Victoria’s Secret, PINK, and Bath & Body Works stores in violation of the Fair and Accurate Credit Transactions Act, 15 U.S.C. § 1681c(g)(1) between May 10, 2021 and August 8, 2021.
