The Procter & Gamble Company has made the decision to voluntarily recall aerosol dry conditioner spray products and aerosol dry shampoo spray products from Pantene, Aussie, Herbal Essences, Hair Food, Old Spice and Waterless produced in the United States during an isolated timeframe. The voluntary recall was announced after trace amounts of the known carcinogen were found in numerous aerosol spray. If you had any of the impacted products produced between January 2019 and June 2021, you can get FREE Product Coupons mailed to you for reimbursement. The limit is 5 coupons per brand without proof of purchase, or more if you have proof. Click on each brand linked below to view the product codes to determine if your product is impacted and falls within the range outlined so you can claim your reimbursement.

How to get your reimbursement

2. Once you are on the site, refer to the production code ranges to see if your product is impacted.
3. If so, scroll down the page to where it says "How do I request reimbursement?" and click on one of the 3 options.
4. Agree to the terms then Continue.
5. Fill out the form with your name, email, phone number and mailing address.
6. If you have more than three products, you'll need to fill out a second form to obtain compensation for up to 5 products.
7. Allow 4-6 weeks for delivery of your reimbursement.
