The Overcharged for Chicken Products Class Action lawsuit alleges several chicken processors including Fieldale, George's, Mar-Jac, Peco, Pilgrims and Tyson, conspired to restrict the supply of, and fix, raise, and stabilize the price of chicken, as of January 1, 2009, in violation of federal and state consumer antitrust laws. Deadline to file a claim is July 31, 2025. Submit a claim to be included in this settlement.
