To get customer service for get me home, you will need to contact Merial U.S. customer service and they have specific reps that can help with the tags. i couldn't access my account and received a return phone call within 2 hours. they frequently run out of tags but will send you one if they have them in stock. i received my first tag free from my vet's office with my dog's heartworm medication.
