If you do not qualify for a settlement, do NOT file a claim. Remember, you are submitting your claim under penalty of perjury. You are also harming other eligible Class Members by submitting a fraudulent claim.
According to the class action lawsuit, Beyond Meat overstated the amount of protein found in its products while also exaggerating the quality of the ingredients used. Consumers argue that they were misled by these Beyond Meat advertising claims and were tricked into making purchasing and paying higher prices than they otherwise would have.
Instructions
- Request a Member ID (required before submitting the claim).
- Submit your claim by filling out the claim form.
- You’ll receive $2 for each Beyond Meat product purchased during the eligible period, up to five products per household if no proof of purchase is provided, for a total of $10.
