A $1,616,760 settlement has been reached in a class action lawsuit involving a data breach discovered by Krispy Kreme on November 29, 2024. The lawsuit alleges that unauthorized parties gained access to sensitive personal information including names, dates of birth, Social Security numbers, and financial account information.

Eligible class members may receive one or more of the following benefits:

• Up to $3,500 for documented out-of-pocket losses related to fraud or identity theft
• An alternative cash payment estimated at approximately $75 if you do not have documented losses
• 12 months of free credit monitoring and identity theft protection

2. Enter your Notice ID and Confirmation Code from the notice you received.
