As a Mattel Play, Rate & Review Group program member, you'll have the opportunity to be selected to receive free items to sample. In exchange, you agree to write insightful reviews about the products you receive. Interested? About Play, Rate & Review

Play, Rate & Review is a membership program designed to get some of Mattel's newest products in your hands in exchange for your feedback and product reviews. Yes, you get to keep the products and yes, they are very exciting items! Play, Rate & Review is open only to residents (18 years or older) of the 48 contiguous United States. We cannot ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Canada, Puerto Rico, international addresses, military addresses, or P.O. boxes. Employees of Mattel and affiliates are not eligible for the program.

Hi Jeannette, VonBeau doesn't send out any samples or products. You will need to contact the Mattel Group if you requested a product through your Mattel Play, Rate & Review dashboard and have not received it yet. https://playratereview.shop.mattel.com/support/contact
