This class action involves certain frozen breakfast foods made by TreeHouse Foods that were recalled because of potential Listeria contamination. The company denies wrongdoing but agreed to a $4 million settlement to avoid further litigation
- Who’s eligible: Anyone in the U.S. who purchased affected frozen breakfast items made by TreeHouse Foods for personal or household use
- Deadline to file: December 16, 2025
- Without proof of purchase: Receive up to the average retail price of two covered products per household
- With proof of purchase: Get a refund of the full purchase price (including taxes) for each covered item
