Here's how to Enter by Mail without making a purchase:

1. Hand-print your full name, address, valid email address, and date of birth on a 4" x 6" piece of paper.
2. Mail it in a sealed #10 envelope with proper postage to:

• Period 1: October 13th for Eligible entrants who are Angel Card Cardholders: Mail-in Entry must be postmarked by October 26, 2015, and received by November 3, 2015 in order to be eligible to receive a Secret Reward Card.
• Period 2: October 15th for Eligible entrants who are PINK Nation Members Mail-in Entries must be postmarked by October 26, 2015, and received by November 3, 2015 in order to be eligible. Join Pink Nation HERE if you're not a member (it's FREE).
• Period 3: Starts October 27th for Everybody Else. All eligible entrants who are residents of the US, PR and Canada Mail-in Entries must be postmarked by November 30, 2015, and received by December 8, 2015 in order to be eligible.
