Uber has partnered with the White House to provide free rides to COVID vaccination sites across the US to help make sure that that transportation is never a barrier to getting the vaccine. Limit 4 free rides of up to $25 each per person. Open the Uber app for iOS or Android devices then tap "Vaccine" and "Get your free ride" then find your vaccination location and schedule your free(s) ride through July 4, 2021.
