I contacted Zulily via facebook messanger this morning because my cart was empty after signing up. The response I got was that this offer is random to new customers. New customers are randomly selected to receive the free tote. If you don't have it in your cart my guess is you were selected. I did not get one either :( kind of a lame excuse for being "out of stock"
