I am having the same problem. I got an e-mail saying I would get the $10.00 credit the next day and I never did.

How ridiculous, I still never got my $10 or my $5 reward from them in my email. Is anyone else having this same issue?

I've seen a few people in our FB group say the same thing happened to them. One person suggested contacting DSW on Facebook to let them know and they may be able to add the reward manually for you.
