Hey Jamie, I wanted to just update u that I just checked the balance in the App & it's still showing $0.00 Bal. I have the info u replied with to my post. Wondering, What do I ask/tell them? Will I need to give them ur referral code? Also, a friend of mine did this too using ur code & She activated hers this morning & same thing. Hey Dee, If you just activated your card, wait 24 hours for your account to update. If after that time, your balance is still $0, call customer service at 1-866-232-6778 (press 1 then press 3 then press 0 to get to a live human).

Hi Jennifer, The $9.95 fee is for the Unlimited plan; the $3.95 is for the Pay As You Go plan. If you shared on facebook or twitter after you applied then you should get a refund for the fee.

I signed up through the link provided & done everything just as directed, but instead of having the option to share on Facebook or Twitter, it said, "We were unable to process your application with the information provided". Then it said to continue with the application, email proof of valid U.S. Government-issued ID, proof of address & Social Security Card. I did so, but I don't understand why I'm having to undergo this process. I provided accurate information. I even have a few Prepaid Visa RushCard's & never ran into this problem with those cards. Please help or give advice. Thank you!
