We finally got through after about an hour of trying. Got an email confirmation immediately that said we'd receive our free quart of paint should arrive in 8-10 weeks.

We've been trying since 10pm MST (12am EST). Was able to select the paint color then fill out the form but once we hit submit, it just times out.
