  1. Go to Walgreens.com on both your computer and your phone
  2. From your computer, add two Maybelline products priced at $5.59-$6.29 (BOGO 50% OFF) to your cart
  3. Clip the $6.00/2 digital coupon on the product page
  4. Apply the promo code TREAT4
  5. Add any item to get you to the $10 order minimum then click 'Proceed to checkout'
  6. Click 'Continue to checkout' and while on the Substitutions page on your computer, go to your cart on your phone and remove the items you added to get the $10 mark.
