So I tried to cash out for $5 amazon and it says the minimum is $10. So what the heck I'll use it, I get $10. It won't go through and now I'm locked out and it says, "It looks like our system flagged your account.
Please contact support to resolve this issue."

Hey I got my yesterday and they took my pre paid card I guess because I had apply early. I guess they stop taking prepared cards when you guys did it. But yea I was able to use mines and got the $5 amazon gift card

  Hi Dee, You needed to add the code during sign up but you should be able to apply the $5 at checkout. Just check the box next to "Use Cashback Balance".
