I got necklace and was very happy. But people in the store is not polite . I was wondering why they sent coupons for free jewelry and not happy to sell those with price with free. Was very upset

I had the same experience twice. Once I received a free necklace and once a free pendant for a necklace. Both times at the same store. The employees almost made me feel like I was doing something wrong. It;s like they look down on you for trying to get something free. When I mentioned the offer for a free item they did not know what I was talking about and looked at me funny. They had to go ask another employee about it. I did not let the experience upset me though. If Helzberg Diamonds does not want you to get the free item then they should not send out the free coupon! If I get another one I will be right back over there again and the employees will just have to deal with it.
