Hey Katrina, I'm going to ask this question on facebook. I sold my tablet with the intention of buying a new one in the next couple of days so I'm unable to confirm this. I'll ask it on fb and try to get you an answer. :)

Hey Amy, Thank you so much for letting us know about your experience. That really stinks that you went through all that and ended up having to remove it. Have you tried to contact MobileXpression about the issue? I wonder if there may have been a problem while downloading it to your device because I was able to download it with no issues and everything is running smooth.

*Beware*
I signed up for this yesterday & downloaded the MobileXpression as it requested (to monitor my usage).... Right after it had been downloaded, my iPad began running excessively slow! I didn't know why, it hadn't ever been so slow & it would also seize up. That's also never happened! After trying to do some checking if I could find a reason (for quite a while) Still, nothing helped!
I was willing to go along with MobileXpression's rules & I signed up, which in itself wasn't short! The prepaid $15 Visa card made me even more want this offer to work!
After much time, not wanting to give up for the prize, the only thing I could think to try, was to delete the software & see if it might help. I didn't want to, but as soon as it was taken off my iPad, everything went completly back to normal!!
So, I write all of this, because if I had heard of anything like this, I probably would've done a bit more research before I signed up & wasted ALL that time & effort, just to have to remove it after several hours of aggravation & no prize, even after all I did, wanting it to work out!
Just, please be careful...
