Is this reward only for new accounts? I have had both Dell and Alienware Arena accounts for some time, and I don't see any rewards.

I finally got it to work. The rewards come up but you have to go through the checkout part and put all your info in first before you will see it. I bought a Dell Stereo Soundbar for $1.05. Thank you!
