Hey dewgoddess, What link did your cousin use? To get the free credit, a new member must join through a referral link. The credit doesn't show at the top of the site but if you log into your account, click "My account" in the upper right hand corner, then scroll down to where it says "Active store credits", you should see the credit there. Please let me know if we can help further.

This worked for me. So I shared it with some people. My cousin has been trying for awhile to make one. But no credit will appear now. So I tried making some with my old e-mails, and give her the info and use the credit. but none get any credit. And we are trying on different devices as well. Really sucks cuz she got so excited for it. :( But, it worked for me earlier today. Have a bracelet and a ring I ordered. Still pending so we will see if it works. Thanks! :)
