   • The free $50 credit will not show in your account until after your trunk is shipped.
2. A stylist will pick items for your Trunk based on the information you share then you'll be sent a preview of your Trunk which you must accept before they'll ship it.
   • If you don't like your preview, you can deny it and request a new Trunk just be sure to let your stylist know exactly what you are looking for (and mention the cheaper the items, the better).
3. There is normally a $25 styling fee, which goes toward anything you purchase from your trunk.
   • This fee is currently being waived for everyone (not just Nordstrom Cardmembers)!
   • There will be a $25 authorization (not a charge) to make sure your card is valid but it will be released within 24-48 hours.
4. Once you get your trunk, you have 5 days to try everything on and decide what you want.
5. Return items you don't want and anything that you choose to keep will be free, if it's $50 or less!
   • You'll be able to apply your free $50 credit when you checkout your trunk.
6. Exchanges and returns are always free (you can also schedule a free carrier pick up to return your Trunk).
