Just FYI ... I did this some time ago and will never do again, they not only want your DOB and other information, but at the end they ask for the last 4 digits of your SSN. No way.

I imagine these steps are to insure kiddos are not interacting with their products but, I understand your position. It is rarely a good idea to share such personal info. Then again, smoking isn't a great idea either. Eeeek!
