SafeLink Wireless offers a Free Cell Phone & Minutes Program to income eligible people. If you participate in programs such as Food Stamps or Medicaid, you may qualify for a free cell phone and 250 minutes every month.

SafeLink Wireless

SAFELINK WIRELESS service is a program for Income eligible households provided by TracFone Wireless, Inc. In order to participate in the SAFELINK WIRELESS service, persons must meet certain eligibility requirements set by each State where the service is to be provided.

Service areas Alabama, Arizona, Arkansas, Connecticut, DC, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Mississippi, Missouri, Nevada, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Puerto Rico, Rhode Island, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, Washington, West Virginia and Wisconsin.

I got SafeLink and gave it to my 9 year old. We traded the phone for another and it is similar to a smart phone. I recommend!

Life wireless is the best company I have ever had ! The reps Mercedes and Brianna are so nice and helpful ! The did my application in person and I got my phone on the spot ! It is a touch screen and it slides up. They get there phones from at&t so I get 3g coverage. Thanks life wirless . If anybody lives in Chicago I recommend them before anybody !

It really worked. I've used one before, but the phone is not a smart phone at all. The good thing is you get free minutes and you can text but you have to text the old way.
