Caregivers and patients with lung cancer can request a from the Lung Cancer Research Foundation. If you do not fall in these categories, you can still request a free care kit to send to someone that is a lung cancer patient or caregiver. This kit includes a tote bag with personal care items and a copy of the Living with Hope book. Simply and fill out the form below to request. Only one kit per household.
