Hi himani, thank you for your comment. I checked with my local JCP [in Fort Collins, CO] and they are participating. The manager said they have about 500 of the bunny ears and will start giving them out on Sunday [April 1st]. She also said that the offer is a company-wide promotion and all the stores in the United States are participating. What city & state is the store in that you contacted?
