Ah. The manager came and told us that deodorant wasn't a cosmetic item, and we had to buy them. I didn't see the update until now. :(

I had 2 coupons so I grabbed 4 sticks..... the cashier could not scan the coupons. so l could not use the coupons...wal mart policy, if the register wont scan you cant use it. bummer.

I just got back from Walmart and was able to get our free deodorant too. The cashier gave me a little fuss and had to get a manager's approval but I did walk out with 2 free sticks of deodorant. :)

I had to prove my case to them a bit, but it works. Thanks got more completely FREE deodorant leaving them with a negative balance. Told them to keep the change ;-)
