You may be eligible for a cash payment from the Corsair Gaming Settlement if you purchased a Corsair DDR-4 desktop memory product or a Corsair DDR-5 desktop memory product between January 14, 2018 and July 2, 2025. If you do not qualify for a settlement, do NOT file a claim. Remember, you are submitting your claim under penalty of perjury. You are also harming other eligible Class Members by submitting a fraudulent claim.
This lawsuit alleges Corsair misled customers by advertising DDR4 and DDR5 memory speeds that required manual BIOS adjustments to achieve, rather than running at those speeds by default.
Instructions
- Submit your claim by filling out the claim form.
- Settlement Distributions will be paid on a per-product basis, with a maximum of five (5) qualifying purchases paid per household, without proof of purchase. Households that purchased more than five (5) products must provide proof of purchase upon request.

My husband got a claim notification postcard for an AT& T data breach settlement. It is pretty involved,three levels but if you qualify looks like it is a large amount. Sharing because he thought it was junk mail
