If you purchased purchased Feel Free tonics containing kratom (i.e. “Feel Free classic tonic” and “Feel Free tonic”) between March 28, 2019, and March 5, 2025 , you may be eligible to receive a cash payment of $100 without proof of purchase in the Beyond Meat Class Action Settlement. If you do not qualify for a settlement, do NOT file a claim. Remember, you are submitting your claim under penalty of perjury. You are also harming other eligible Class Members by submitting a fraudulent claim.
The lawsuit claimed that Botanic Tonics made, marketed, and sold Feel Free products containing kratom without disclosing the harmful impacts from consuming the beverage. The suit claimed that kratom contained in the Feel Free tonics increased health risks of anyone who drank them. Defendants deny they did anything wrong.
Instructions
- Request a Member ID (required before submitting the claim).
- Submit your claim by filling out the claim form.
- You’ll receive $10 for each Feel Free tonics containing kratom product purchased during the eligible period, up to ten products per household if no proof of purchase is provided, for a total of $100, and you may claim more than ten (10) bottles with proof of purchase.
