Starting December 3, every time a customer types “thank my driver” or uses Alexa, Amazon sends $5 to the driver who completed their most recent delivery. This continues until the first 2 million thank-yous are reached.

After that, the top 200 most-thanked Amazon Flex drivers each day earn a $100 award, with the promotion running through December 31, 2025.

This annual holiday program is Amazon’s way of letting customers directly recognize drivers for their hard work. Here’s how it works:

  • Beginning December 3, customers can type “thank my driver” on the Amazon website or app, or say “Alexa, thank my driver.”
  • For the first 2 million thank-yous, the driver who made your most recent delivery receives $5.
  • Eligible drivers include Amazon Flex partners, Hub Delivery Associates, DSP Delivery Associates, and Helpers.
  • After the 2 million thank-you threshold, the 200 most-thanked Amazon Flex delivery partners each day will receive a $100 award (limit one $100 award per driver).
  • The promotion ends December 31, 2025.
