I'm getting the page that says they are giving the socks but there is no form or link or anywhere to fill out address and info....??

Read above. Jamie tells you how to process this. I got it to go through by putting in 6 random numbers for the order number. Not sure if I will receive this but it went through and did say I would be getting the socks.
